![]() ![]() However what I would like to know is how expensive is transparent textures in this game engine, would it be something like using 30 polygons or maybe more? If doing LOD object, sometimes using something like square with transparent texture can give enough good appearance from distance using 2 polygons. I did read someplace that using transparent textures is expensive in GFX performance terms. Of course I don't really know what I'm talking about, I'm just a n00b in modeling things, but something I have been thinking here again (I know, I probably shouldn't think).
