She developed a new target operating model that integrated the Nordics into the overall IQVIA business rather than a standalone operation made business processes more efficient by leveraging analytics, technology and LEAN principles set-up near- and offshore hubs for defined activities and fostered a team culture that united all IQVIA Nordic offices and new acquisitions. She transformed the Real-World Insights Nordic Region business by optimizing its operations and tripling its revenue through organic and inorganic growth. Wong held multiple leadership roles at IQVIA. She has managed 10 M&A deals and post-merger integrations, both in-house and for clients, and has led four businesses, each with $20+ million revenue and 100+ employees. Wong’s consulting experience encompasses scenario planning, marketing and branding, technology and data-driven strategies, joint ventures, carve outs, organisational design, transformation and implementation at the corporate level as well as market entry and commercialisation at the product/offering level.
